Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and within the return window. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please email us at sales@jonnihouse.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that we do not provide return labels for international customers.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are unused, unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and within the 15-day return window.
To request an exchange, please email us at sales@jonnihouse.com for approval and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
