Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because some of our pieces are made to order or ship from partner studios, estimated delivery is 7–20 business days depending on the item and your location. Every order includes tracking so you can follow it the whole way.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love it. If something isn't right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 14 days of delivery. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting our team, and we'll walk you through it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and checked. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover it — just send a photo and we'll make it right.
